Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform. 24000 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time for verification purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Under no circumstances will 24000 request your password via email, message, or phone.

Platform Terms of Use
Users of the 24000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the service:

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with the 24000 platform.

Payment Information, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 24000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX and the Touch 'n Go digital wallet. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being successfully confirmed by the relevant financial institution.
For fund withdrawals, the account holder's name on the bank account must match the name registered on your 24000 profile. Withdrawals that do not meet this verification requirement will not be processed, and the funds will be returned to your platform account balance.

In the event of account closure for valid reasons as defined by the platform, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for refund.
